I am thinking of starting a character who will work for himself. The king is terrible at managing his lords. Rebelions are breaking out everywhere, lords are turning, etc.Īs soon as I conquer Eire, I intend to start putting down rebellions, but it does not look good. The Saxons control all Norse lands, all Briton lands, everything not belonging to Angle and Picts. I own seven cities - all Briton cities, and two in Eire. I have a character who is loyal to the Saxons, and who has been conquering left and right, and allowing the Brytenwalda to assign fiefs as he sees. I have to say, it is extremely time consuming to unite the map in Viking Conquest. Unfortunately, all of my high level characters were started before this quest was fully working (and I have no idea whether it is fully working even now) Then I expect that there will be quest to conquer the Angles and Saxons, and become the ruler of all. My guess is that the last one is going to be in the Pictish pands, and ask you to unite the Pict cities. There is one in Ireland (asking you to unite Eire), one in Norway (asking you to unite the Norse), and one in Ynys Mon (asking you to unite the Britons)
